Fabulous First Grade Book Recommendations

Students worked on writing and recording their own book recommendations. They chose the book from our classroom library, wrote down their thinking, and took a picture and recorded their voices using an app called Fotobabble. Enjoy! We played addition bingo today!

Students worked on building and recording patterns.

Students practiced reading their realistic fiction books to themselves and to a buddy.  We will have an Author's Celebration next week with Mrs. Baer's class!

Check our our new bulletin board!  We created our own farm.  We have been discussing the cycle of buy, produce,  and sell that happens on a farm.
