Last Two Days of School

Don't forget Monday is our field trip to the farm!  Please have your child wear appropriate clothing and shoes!  

Tuesday will be our last celebration.  Students are invited to bring in a stuffed animal to help us celebrate the last day of school.

Published Pieces!

This morning we practiced reading our published pieces with a buddy, so that we will be ready to share them with Mrs. Dana's class this afternoon!  We also practiced giving thoughtful and specific compliments about other people's writing.

Students used the letters in summertime to make different words.  The challenge was to build 15 words!

Today students compared their first writing piece in first grade to their last piece.  They have all grown so much as writers!
