We have been using a GIANT number line for our warm up this week in math.
Students have been working on building models when solving addition equations and addition story problems.
We played word wall bingo on Wednesday during word study. Students had to create their own boards using words from the word wall. Our word wall words this week were like, had, and go.
We have a new Rocking Writers Wall in our classroom. This week we talked about making our stories come alive, so they are more interesting to the reader. One way this can be done is by making your characters move and talk.
